MicroB-lock™ works continuously to create a clean hygienic environment critical to the healthcare and hospitality industries. For permanent protection against microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, mold, and mildew, MicroB-lock™ is laminated to the back of your upholstery fabric.

technical considerations Maximum protection • Spills and soiling prevented from penetrating the upholstery • Life of furniture is extended • The laminating process does not change the visual appearance of the material. • For applications requiring higher MVTR (moisture vapor transmission rate) ask for MicroB-lock™ with Lamuthane™ or use Armorflex™. Lamuthane™ is a polyurethane film laminate used for applications where vapor permeability is desired, but moisture or liquid permeability is not. Uses include fabrics treated for rain gear, marine shelters, medical laminates, incontinence protection.
