Mission Statement

USANC was created to benefit of the children of North Caldwell. 

We will provide a positive and safe environment for youth soccer players where they can grow in every aspect of the game. They will be guided by a highly motivated and well trained coaching staff that will be focused on each player’s skill development and team building techniques. 

The entire Association will reinforce the positive aspects of the game and set a positive example for the players to follow. Every player and team will be competitively challenged; yet our measure of success shall be the overall improvement in the quality of play shown by those players and teams. 

In the end we will strive to produce skillful youth soccer players who know the game and respect all of its participants and have personally grown as a result of their participation in the program.
