Eradicote™ Flame retardant backing process Eradicote™ is a flame retardant back coating that helps to impede a flame’s ability to penetrate into the cushion. Eradicote™, when processed on your fabric, is specifically designed to help comply with NFPA 260A (cigarette ignition test), NFPA Class A (UBC - Class-1), UFAC, CAL.T.B. 117, CAL.T.B. 133, FAA 25.853, FMVSS 302, Boston fire codes and BIFMA regulations. The real appeal of Eradicote™ is that it does not significantly change the hand of the fabric or the fabric’s ability to breathe. Ideal for healthcare applications.
