do I have to send 3.5 yards of fabric?
This yardage compensates for fabric loss associated with the
laminating and changing pad cover construction process.
What is the difference between Vinyl and Lamuthane™?
Vinyl is nonporous and non-breathable. It provides an excellent barrier that protects your decorative fabric from the staining
challenges of diaper changing. It is completely wipeable and
scrubbable with a damp cloth and mild household cleaning agent
such as SoftScrub®. It has excellent anti-microbial properties for
a clean and hygienic environment. It also resists abrasion.
Lamuthane™ has all the properties of Vinyl with the added benefit of vapor permeability. Lamuthane™ is a more expensive film and therefore costs more. Both work equally well.
Are there any fabrics that won’t work?
Most cotton and cotton/poly blends work just fine. If you have a question or concern about your particular fabric please contact

How long does it take?
Upon receipt of your decorative fabric, order form and payment, delivery is about 4 – 6 weeks.
Are any other vinylized products available?
Laminating services are available for upholstery fabrics and
wallpaper. Custom placemats, tablecloths and window treatments
are available at:

Can I put my Custom Cozy in the washing machine and/or dryer?
Laminated fabrics should not be washed or dried by machine. Your Cozy should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
How long will my Custom Cozy last?
With proper care and maintenance, your Cozy will last longer than you will need to use it.
